We believe in Velura completely — which is why we offer a full 365 days to try it risk-free. If you're not satisfied with your results for any reason, contact us and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

How To Request A Refund

Email us at hello@veluraritual.com with your order number. You do not need to return the product. We respond within 24 hours and process all refunds within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Eligible Orders

All Velura Botanical Skin Serum orders are covered — including opened and used products, single bottles and bundles — within 365 days of your purchase date.

NOTE ON PACKAGING:
Some orders may be fulfilled with bottles labeled "Viareline" — our previous collection name. The formula and ingredients are identical to Velura. Your 365-day guarantee applies fully to all Viareline labeled bottles.

Orders outside these countries will not be fulfilled and will be automatically refunded in full.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email hello@veluraritual.com within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no charge. No return required.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different bundle size, request a refund and place a new order at veluraritual.com.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of approval contact us at hello@veluraritual.com.
