Order Tracking
All orders include full tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We have no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at hello@veluraritual.com with your order number. We will investigate immediately with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier we will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Velura is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at hello@veluraritual.com. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
Packaging Note
Some orders may be fulfilled with bottles labeled Viareline — our previous collection name. The formula, ingredients and quality are completely identical to Velura. Only the label name is different. Your full 365-day money back guarantee applies to all orders regardless of label name.
